Unwanted News Story of the Day

The relationship between venue security and fans can be a tricky one, especially when you have bands that don't quite understand the situation. You'll probably remember two years ago when Babyshambles cancelled their Astoria date pictures emerged of security using microphone leads to whip fans as a riot broke out.

Now Fall Out Boy, due mainly to the fact they are playing smaller venues than usual, have had a brush with security as they continue to let their fans onstage without limits.
According to guitarist Pete Wentz the band hire personal security (I wonder why) to help fans onto the stage safely. The fact that the amount of fans on the stage are passing a legal limit doesn't seem to be a problem for the band until start security start man handling the fans.

As a fight breaks out between the Fall Out Boy parade and the venue staff Pete was known to quickly jump in to not, may I add break it up but to just roll in a few punches before the moment was over.
I say 'known' but there is this quite alarming footage to prove it too.
